How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

If your billing address is within the United States and you prefer to not pay online, you may mail a check (including product & freight costs) to: 2880 Interstate Parkway Brunswick, Ohio 44212. Please include your contact information and order number with the check. Payments must be received in full prior to shipment.

What freight carrier will be used?

FedEx is our preferred small package carrier. We do not ship via UPS or USPS.

How much will freight cost?

The freight charges will appear once you enter your shipping address and before you submit the order. For any shipping address outside of the United States, duties and taxes are NOT included in the freight amount listed on our website.

Can I have my order shipped to a PO Box?

No, please provide a physical ship to address (residential or commercial are acceptable).

When will I receive my order?

All delivery information is provided on the product details page.

Can I order more than one inflatable?

Yes, you may order up to 4 units on one order. If you would like to order 5 or more, please contact customer service at weborders@scherba.com or 800-783-5717.

Does my inflatable have a warranty?

Yes, our airLite promotional inflatables have a 60 day warranty. Click here for warranty details.
